Is this an AI agent?
No. Human-AI OS is a governance operating system, not an autonomous AI agent. AI provides insights and recommendations, but every decision requires human approval. You remain in complete control at all times.
Does this make decisions for me?
No. The system is designed around the principle that AI advises, humans decide. All AI recommendations must be reviewed and approved by you before any action is taken. This ensures accountability and keeps you in control of your business strategy.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on your own infrastructure. When we deploy Human-AI OS for you, it runs on your Netlify account (or your chosen platform). Infinite 8 Industries does not store, access, or process your business data. You have complete data sovereignty.
What happens after 1 year?
After your first year, the system will display a renewal notice and pause functionality until the annual license is renewed at $399. This ensures you maintain access to updates and support. Simply request a renewal invoice when prompted.
Can I upgrade from License Only to Setup + License later?
Yes. If you start with the License Only tier and later want professional deployment assistance, we can upgrade you. The upgrade cost would be $1,100 (the difference between tiers) plus any customization work required. Contact us through the invoice request form to discuss.
Do I need technical knowledge to use this?
For the Setup + License tier, no technical knowledge is required—we handle everything. For the License Only tier, you should be comfortable with basic Netlify deployment or have someone on your team who is. The system itself is designed for business operators, not developers.
Can I cancel my license?
Yes. Human-AI OS operates on an annual license model. If you choose not to renew after your first year, simply don't pay the renewal invoice. You'll retain access to your deployment and data—you just won't receive updates or support. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
What's the difference between Human-AI OS and Infinite Intelligence?
These are completely separate products. Human-AI OS is an operational governance system for SMEs focused on structured decision-making. Infinite Intelligence is an enterprise simulation engine for large organizations requiring advanced predictive modeling. If you're a small-medium business, Human-AI OS is the right choice.
How do I pay?
We use an invoice-first payment model. After submitting your request through our form, we'll review it and send you an invoice within 48 hours. Is there a free trial?
No. Human-AI OS is governance software, not a freemium SaaS tool. The invoice-first approach ensures we work with serious businesses committed to structured AI governance. However, we're happy to schedule a consultation call to discuss your specific needs before you commit.
What support is included?
All licenses include email support and documentation access. The Setup + License tier also includes an onboarding walkthrough and one strategy call. Additional support packages can be purchased separately if you need ongoing strategic guidance.
Can my team use this, or is it just for one person?
Your Human-AI OS deployment can support multiple team members. The application, out of the box, contains role-based access controls and multi-user workflows. Discuss your team size in the invoice request form for proper configuration.
What if I have specific compliance requirements?
Human-AI OS can be configured for various compliance needs including SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR. Include your compliance requirements in the invoice request form, and we'll address them during setup and provide appropriate documentation.
